Yes, I am registered with most insurance companies and I am able to submit directly. However, some plans don’t allow direct billing, so always double check about your plan!

When can I expect to see results?

Typically, we will see 60-70% improvement in the first 3-4 months! Your progress depends on many factors; how chronic your symptoms are, your readiness to change, the effort you put into your care and the complexity of your case. My role is to be your guide through the process.

Can Naturopath prescribe medications?

Naturopathic doctors are educated in pharmaceuticals and their impact on the body. However, in Ontario they do not hold the license to prescribe or change medications. As a Naturopathic doctor I focus on collaborating with medical doctors and creating a plan with medications in mind. For example, patients who are on mental health medications can still benefit from naturopathic therapies, but some therapies might interact with medications. This is where our extensive training is crucial to ensure your safety and effective treatment.

Can Naturopath order blood tests?

I have access to many blood tests that family doctors order as well. We utilize blood work to dive deeper into your health. My patients get a thorough overview of their blood work and what it means in relation to their health. Also, we focus on optimal levels and we relate your symptoms with the results.

What tests can Naturopath order?
